Quick Radar Gun Question

Hi guys, just wondering, I took out a Jugs gun that I haven't used for a few months and tested it on the tuning fork that came with it. I was supposed to get 62 mph as a reading, but instead I got 61. Does this mean all mph readings are 1 mph slower??

I believe they are supposed to read 61. You also have to make sure you aren't moving the tuning fork toward or away from the gun as you do it.
