I have recently been blessed to have some different career opportunities offered to me. A new one, with a competitor company, offers less money but much more responsibility and title (and probably stress). The other, with the company I have been with for 26+ years, offers more money. My ego wants the title and responsibility. I had a dear friend offer me these words of wisdom:
