Anyone installed R-Panel fencing at their field. We are looking to do so and was wandering cost and time estimates.

We will, more than likely, install ourselves after taking down the old fence.

Any info or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Also looking for an inexpenseive way to floor a double wide batting cage that was originally built with gravel on top of grass. Ideas???

R-Panel

R-Panel? R U sure? I have installed R-Panel for
roofs at warehouses, but for baseball fencing?

Am I missing something?

I would look into something like:

-SAF-PAD/Fence
A reversible covered pad. Dense 2" foam. Laces to fencing for protection any fenced area. Four feet wide, five feet tall, two inches thick.

- SAF-PAD/Posts
Reversible padding, same as above. Sizes for various post diameters.

W/respect to 'floors' for double wide batting
cage. Since it appears it's outside, I would prep the ground, about 3 inches (if not motor vehicle traffic) and laydown 2 1/2 inches of poured concrete
and after curing, install the advanced turf (with cut outs for the dish) and use semi dirt/clay combo for the batters and catchers box. With a double wide, I would also include clay mounds and of course tarps to keep the moisture in.
But then, we are talking more bucks.
