Couple things you need to know about a glove radar.

1). It reads the velocity of the ball as it enters the glove, not out of hand of the pitcher.

2). Excessive movement (jabbing/giving) by the catcher will affect the readings.

3). A thrown ball will slow approximately 1 mph/7 feet of travel. Since the the pitcher releases the ball well in front of the rubber, then just a 8 mph to the reading you get.

4). The catcher has to reset the switch on every pitch.

It's Ok and seems accurate, but at times, they can be fussy to use.
Have the Radar ball, Glove radar, and radar bucket...Should have invested in a regular gun now that I've purchased the others. Glove radar is ok. Agree with HiHardHeat that the catcher can influence the reading very easilly. Radar bucket is pretty nice, except the pitcher can see the value, and I don't think that is good because they only think about speed then. Check ebay, you can find them there somethimes, if you are looking for one.
