Thank you just wondering if there was some variation I did not know since the rumor circulating is that the game will be picked up where it left off.

It's the rare BOD that knows, or follows, the rules. Just out of curiosity, is anyone on the other team involved with the BOD?

I don't really think so although we were playing the public school all stars from the city we were in. It would have helped to have the game start over but my son's team came back and won in any event.In the next game we benifited from a throw out at the plate in what should have been a grand slam against us. I was not in position to see where the ball hit but was told by players in the bull pen that it hit in the net above the scoreboard.What I could see is that even with 4 umpires not one hustled into the outfield to mark the ball. We were asked for a round of applause for the umpires at the end of the game I abstained.
