I don't know of any websites, but I used to relace some of my teammates gloves when necessary. While it probably never looked professional, it was always effective. My only advice would be to unlace the existing laces slowly, and whenever possible, replace a lace as soon as you remove the old one. The path of the laces isn't always as straightforward as it appears, and this will be the best way to be sure it's laced the same way it was laced when new. Now, if you're trying to relace a trapeze type web or something more complicated, I would just send the glove off to a pro.
Untie, pull out section of old leather, replace w/ new, repeat...is definitely the way to go. I've done dozens of my player's gloves like this. But it you want to let someone else do, this place has a pretty good deal: www.s3glove.com
check out www.vintagebaseballgloveforum.com and search around a bit in the modern gloves section. you can probably find some tips and people who can steer you in the right direction
