I wonder how long it took people to stop thinking of Wrigley Field as a corporate name?

I have to say, Guaranteed Rate Field (with their logo, an arrow pointing down) does not really inspire confidence.

Wrigley wasn't a sponsorship situation; it was the team's owner.  As for the Allstate conference mention, if your auto insurance renewal shows up, brace yourself before opening it.

History of Wrigley from ChatGPT:

Wrigley Field, the iconic baseball stadium in Chicago, Illinois, got its name from William Wrigley Jr., the chewing gum magnate. The ballpark was originally called Weeghman Park when it was built in 1914 for the Chicago Whales, a Federal League baseball team. It was named after Charles Weeghman, who was the team's founder and owner.

In 1920, after the Federal League dissolved, the Chicago Cubs, who had been playing at West Side Grounds, moved to Weeghman Park. William Wrigley Jr. acquired complete control of the Cubs in 1921. The park was renamed Cubs Park from 1920 to 1926, after which it was renamed Wrigley Field in honor of William Wrigley Jr. in 1927.

The Bud Light 12-pack conference... oh boy....  Can anyone afford the SEC? Do you sell naming rights for women's sports separately from men's?  Just imagine the male enhancement product conference or feminine product conference.  Do conferences come with disclaimers like many of today's various drug companies have to put at the end of their ads?
