coach96,
Just some advice. You seem to have a good plan and know what you want. Trust yourself. You will learn more about your own coaching by developing some of your own stuff rather than asking for everyone else's. I hope this does not come off the wrong way, because I love to help other coaches get started, but I think you have some really good directions you are going. Take your ideas and run with them, your creativity and the plan that you come up with will shape your program and make it unique.
Not 100% sure what you want but I have some examples I'm more than willing to share or workouts and things we've used. Something I've done that has helped is make sure the kids have their max/rep sheets so they use proper weight on each lift. Had a kid who works hard every day jump 35 pounds in his squat in 6 weeks. Also set a point system for testing and getting special shirts made for 3 categories based on 3 maxes, 60, and velocity. PM me with an email address.
