Recording a live sports video stream

Does anyone know how to do this? Son's future team streams games home games live on the Internet but we'd like to be able to record the ones we can't watch in real time. Thanks and good luck to all the boys leaving for school!

Try going to ihigh.com. I do our high school baseball team from this site. It is free as I know.

Just use the URL of the video and save in a video format.
