the “Big Orange” homeland again.

Advance forces were spotted in South Knoxville to see some young Cherokee talent and a lefty from West Knoxville. While no “Big Orange” guards were anywhere to be seen maybe the future “Big Orange” cadet will inform his dad that the enemy forces were scouting the young East Tennessee talent.

Looks like the same ole song.08

I'm truly hurt by this. I would never have thought HV would have stooped to such measures, but obviously he has. Frown It is truly a sad, sad day.... pull_hair

Bob and all the Tennessee board:

  • It is a well known fact (observation) that HV has become very close to the Recruitinator and his program in Nashville. We all have observed this in the past few years. It's obvious that the infamous "HiwauseeVol" is an Commador in UT attire.
  • He also has been caught "red-handed" aiding an University of Alabama affiliated school with their recruiting of Tennessee players. I posted the letter from the UAH coach on the board for all to see.
  • He has come to this site numerous times to "stir the pot" among the UT followers with his pointed remarks, even with UT's good season. (You can count of Coach D having one about every 4th or 5th season).

Facts are facts, thus my exposing of HV for what he is - a UT imposter! A Commador in "UT clothing"! All UT fans need to be aware of this.

Rather than retaliate and lower myself to this decadence of moral depravity, I have chosen rather to have Bubba handle it. He's sending a couple of his good ole boys (from Sand Mountain) up to Nocksville to negociate this matter with HV very soon. kidding

What does this mean? I'm not sure if I should be offended or not. Bama, I told Bob I would watch myself and not respond to your rousing here on the board. The “Grand Poo Bah” also sent me a sizzling email telling me I should be above your attempts to persuade the public of my allegiance to another program. He also threaten to reprimand me by having me buy his lunch all the time.

Have you see the “Grand Poo Bah” eat?
    Eek biglaugh
    HV,

It is OK to be a Vanderbilt Commodore. We respect you for that. You (and hsbaseballweb) have done more to help Tennessee (and many other) players get noticed and play at the next level than anyone in the State. I tip my hat to you.

It would be interesting to see the attendance figures for Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Alabama, South Carolina, and Georgia baseball games, both SEC and-non conference games. Can you do this?
    o2,
These figures come out every year, but are very scewed due to season ticket holders. For example, I have noticed for several years that Alabama's numbers are high and among the top in the nation, but if you attend the games you see a different story. Their attendance is good when they are winning, but once they go on a loosing skid the empty seats start showing up. But, they are never actually (what come through the gate and takes a seat) what they are recorded due to the counting of the season ticket holders who may or may not be there.

I'm not picking on any one team, but when you have a televised game and 50-75 people in the stadium it really looks bad! Frown This was the case a few weeks ago with Tennessee and last weekend at Alabama wasn't much better (estimate of 150-300). It ought to cause an AD to take a hard look at WHY??? noidea (*These are not two second tier D1 programs, but major college programs in a top tier conference)
