I saw a show not long ago that Canadian Colleges were getting alot of USA kids because it is much cheaper. Nearly every Canadian College has a baseball team but they play in the Later Fall months. I was wondering if the recruiting process was any different? Or just any info on college Canadian baseball would be good too.

The tuition for a typical Canadian college is about $4500-$5000 for the whole year.
The majority of the colleges have no restrictions other than being academically eligible and taking a certain minimum # of courses.
A few like UBC are NAIA and subject to the NAIA rules. They have several drafted each year. Jeff Francis (Rockies) went there. Vancouver is a beautiful city and the weather is moderate similar to Seattle.
The other colleges are mostly fall oriented . I graduated from Dalhousie in Halifax NS. There were a lot or US guys there from the New England States mostly. The football coach was an American named Joe Rutigliano brother of Sam an NFL coach so he recruited heavily in the US. Back then we had several All Americans on the FB team. BB may be a different story and I really haven't noticed a lot of Americans on those teams. There may be some but I haven't noticed. Most of the players are Canadians who left US colleges or who graduated and returned to play BB and get a degree here. There are no scholarships in most cases. They occasionally will disguise a BB scholarship as some other award. My son was offered $5000 which meant he would cover living expenses which I had estimated as $6000.
We have a local college which is one of the strongest programs . They offered about $500 for academics. I usually sit in on the tryouts and it is tough to make the team. 75 guys trying out for a large roster with very limited playing time. There has been a push to have a spring and fall program and to offer scholarships. I believe this may happen in a few years.
The quality of education is excellent. The University of British Columbia (NAIA) is very hard to get into. No SAT or ACT required but most courses require 90- 95% plus to get into.

Also don't forget the American discount !!!
