Some coaches told my son, when he met with them his junior year, not to spend a bunch of money getting a video done professionally. He is a pitcher, and they said just take a video camera and get shots of him throwing to a catcher from two angles: from behind the mound so they could see movement, and from the 3rd base side (for a righty) for mechanics. We did exactly that, no music or other goodies. He threw 7 - 9 pitches for each of his three grips. The coaches we sent it to were all fine with it. It only cost us a few bucks. But that's a decision you'd have to be comfortable with.
