Region Match Ups?

Anyone know what teams are matched up in the varios regions throughout the state? Is there a website somewhere that lists them? I know Cox faces Hickory and Kempsville faces Great Bridge in first round matchups in the East Region. Guess that leaves the Peninsula squaring off with the Eastern District Teams in the other quarterfinal games. How about the other regions?
