Relief Pitcher gets win

P1 goes 6.1 innings. P1 leaves the game with one out and bases loaded with a score of 1-0 in his favor. P2 comes in strikes out first batter. Now with two outs, P2 hits batter which scores runner. P2 ends inning with strikeout and score tied 1-1. Top of 7th inning team scores 6 runs. P2 finishes the game.

Does P2 get the save or the win?

Relief pitcher gets the win.

NFHS Rule 9 section 6 article 6 covers the whole section on wins/loss/saves.

Starting pitcher was removed and his lead was lost at the end of the inning. Starting pitcher gets a no decision. P2 gets the win. as he was the pitcher of record when the team regained the lead and subsequently won the game.
