Does anyone know of a post or website that explains in great detail different exercises for resistance tubing for pitchers? Also, if someone can explain to me what resistance tubing works on specifically. Thnks, in advance.
You may not find too many sites that have very detailed exercise descriptions because there are quite a few different drills and generally you kinda need to see how they are done, not count on a written description that you may or may not end up doing properly. Also, the places that sell the bands also tend to sell the program, with a DVD etc, so it's sort of a package deal.
