House here in NVA goes on the market next month and in October I will be your neighbor, living in Varina (barring no delay in construction).

Don't worry MWR, CV and Hokie.. My heart and loyalty will always be with NVA baseball its just time to get out of this mess of traffic, crowds, etc.. and CV as I told Hokie, its rural.. I even saw some cows

Anyone looking for a house in Manassas, let me know

Could be the first ever cow-not-on-a-bun sighting for our good friend and city gal. (And you'll be about an hour away from seeing #1 son, it's official.)

Good for you girl, you'll love Varina, when I played ball back in the seventies they were in the old "Battlefield District" with us, I remember those long bus rides to play Varina as they were the farthest school away in our District.

BY the way, I 've got two years to retirement and you can bet I probably will head even farther south. Houses are about half of what they sell for around here. This place is crazy up here, yes, it's reaching all way out here.

Good Luck, You'll have to drop by the Richmond Baseball Academy and meet Bob Smith, nice guy with a nice set up, similar to what Mark had going in Manassas.
