Keewartson's team-at-the-time was caught in this situation several years back...so I have a question....

How can a college coach  coach a high school age team?

(ie, can't talk to prospective recruits off campus until July 1 before Sr. year, etc.)

Are the NCAA compliance rules different for D3 and D1?

Thank you for the question. Though Robbie Bailey is currently employed through HSC he will not be functioning as the recruiting coordinator while coaching this team. He will be employed through RISE Baseball and has been given compliance through both D3 NCAA and Hampden-Syndey. As long as you receive compliance through NCAA and the university or college it is not a violation to NCAA policy. No the law is similar in D1 and D3, though D2 code is slightly different.
