Just curious...what is a PG year? Is that a year of prep school after high school but before going to college?

KmomofNH - If I've followed all the posts I've read (and im not too sure how correct I am..lol)I believe your son used to be on Hollis's team and is now going to play for Nashua North?? Good luck with this upcoming season if that is the case from a Fellow Nashuan!! I hope my 7th grader gets the opportunity to play on that team someday!! That is his goal anyways!
rs8191 - You're close. Josh played for Nashua North but will now be playing for Coach Coulter and the defending Class I champion Hollis-Brookline Caveliers. If your 7th grader is in Nashua, he must be in middle school, so will he try out for Pennachuck or Elm St? My son played for Coach Dichard at Pennachuck. I don't know if he's still there but he was a fabulous coach. He runs a tight ship and holds him team to really high standards, but they tend to respond to it. Elm St team is good, too, but I don't know anything about the coaches. Good luck to your son either way.
I almost got it right! Atleast I can follow him properly now in the paper!

Ya my guy is a 7th grader at Elm Street. He was a final cut as a 6th grader last year so he should at least make the team this year. Elm street tends to play mainly 8th graders so breaking into the line-up full time may be tough. We shall see.

He is playing for the 13U Nashua Knights this coming season as well. The cost was right and it still allowed him to play Babe ruth and 13U All-Stars for the city. Should be a fun year hopefully. Hard to picture spring time with all this snow we have right now though!!

Good luck with the Ruffnecks as well. At least you'll be going against traffic most times when heading in for practices/games during the week.
