Isn't there a rule on the number of players from each school that can try out for the Commonwealth Games and another rule about the number of players from the same school that can be on the team?

No rule on how many can try out but only two from any one school can be on the team
Where can the rules be found? Anyone else know if the 2 player rule mentioned is correct?
An entire HS team can tryout for the games but only two from each school may represent their school. This is how it has been for years
