With a runner at 3rd and 0 outs. The batter swings and tips the catchers glove. Catchers interference is called. What happens to the runner and batter/runner?

Batter is awarded first, runner remains at third, no outs.
Thanks for the response. In the game they let the runner from 3rd score and the batter was called out. Is there a coaches choice in this?

Yes. The coach may elect to take the play on catcher's interference. Example: Batter tips glove while hitting sac fly and runner scores.
