Hey guys, I was reading some stuff in the coach's forum and they were talking about running and icing after pitching. I was wondering if you guys knew anything about the running afterwards, what it does, and how soon do you have to do it? and how much running? I have no problem doing the running because I love to run, I'm just trying to figure out how to do it and stuff because I've never heard of doing it but if it helps then I want to learn.

Thanks, Big Grin

Throw in another 30-40 minute run the day after pitching in addition to the ice/jog after you pitch.

With some late games (not ending until after 9PM on school nights), they are in a hurry to load you on the bus and get back to the home field. You may not get a chance to jog the night after pitching. It makes running the next day critical.
