NFHS Rules.  Runner on first, less than two outs.  Runner breaks for second on pitch.  Batter bunts along first base line.  Catcher fields ball and throws to first but hits B/R who is running on fair ground toward first.  When the infraction occurs the runner has touched and is beyond second base.  Does runner return to 1st (TOP base) or to 2nd (base occupied at the time of infraction)?  What I'm looking for is a connection in the NFHS rule book specifically between the running lane violation (8-4-1g) and an indication as to which base(s) the runners return to. (TOP or TOI)  I just can't seem to find it.
