16 year old Joey Fonseca lost his life just after midnight Sunday in a one car crash in Virginia Beach. Joey was a varsity pitcher for the Kempsville Chiefs. The driver of the car, also 16 is being held for driving under the influence and involuntary manslaughter. Things like this are so hard to understand. Say a prayer for Joey, his family and the other young man and his family, and talk to your kid again about the evils of drinking and driving.
