St. John's has a nice field with a fairly new scoreboard (although kinda small) with good video imaging. The program doesn't have dedicated indoor baseball facilities, but they have indoor cages with netting and portable pitching mounds for some pen time in one of the gyms. You have to sort of get used to the fall and winter weather as they will practice on the lacrosse field when the baseball field has snow and ice on it. Their locker room was recently redone.

St. John's somehow pulls together a pretty solid performance for a D1 and playing against the likes of Louisville, Connecticut & Rutgers, being a northeast school. They travel to South Florida, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh and play in the Big East/Big Ten Challenge at the start of each season in Tampa. They've made it to NCAA regionals the last 3 out of 4 years, and almost beat Virginia to make it to the Super Regionals last year.

Having had our son being recruited and playing for Coach Blankmeyer, Assistant Coach's Hampton and Brown, I would HIGHLY recommend this program and the university. The academic support he received was outstanding and he now has his bachelor's degree from a great institution with an alumni network that is really impressive.

St. John's, being in New York, is a great place for any student athlete wanting a baseball and educational experience our son and his family really appreciated.
