Does anyone have a sample showcase letter to send out to invite college coaches. I have a list of coaches I want to contact about our showcase, but I just want to make sure I don't leave anything out.

For a new showcase to work I would think you would need to have some 'street cred' to start off. Do you have experience with organizational matters and project management? If you have all of the above the best route would be to start with college coaches who trust you and ask them to partner with you in some way. They then could use their network of coaches to bring to your showcase and help your showcase establish it's own street cred.
