Yes, must have been Dustin Pedroia of Boston.
Like we talked about a couple months ago, with his swing and other positive attributes, I'll bet he didn't have to make too many adjustments to continue his success at a higher level.
I remember BBscout saying some good things about him also.

I was eating lunch at a restaurant. I looked up. Saw his name. Then saw him hit a liner on the next pitch. That's all I saw besides below his name it said something about Class A. Like he was assigned there or played there last year. I didn't get the details.

I have watched him play since he was a Freshman in High School. He is a fine hitter, and he can field with ANYONE. His best atribute may be his confidence in his ability to play the game. He played with my son for two years in the summer and played for me in the Area Code Games in 2000. I guess that I have seen him play about 50-60 games over the years and have only seen him kick one ball in all that time. Great kid, who comes from a great family.
