I believe he was the first batter my son faced in HS. Hit him with a knuckle ball.

Schanuel was a D1 ++ top prospect who chose to go to FAU over P5 programs because he loved it, and because two of his BF also committed. And they had known the HC since they were young campers.
He was a college superstar since his first at bat. Great kid and great teammate.
