What do you know about the Treasure Coast Pirates...Did that have a "tryout"? Have not heard about them this year as I have in the past.

The Treasure Coast Pirates are a fall scout team coached by Guy McCuen. Most years they are one of the top scouted Scout teams in Florida.

McCuen is a great coach, who works hard to have his players seen by college coaches. I'd recommend this program, as year-in year-out he has consistently done an outstanding job.

I know they will be having tryouts sometime this month. I'm not comfortable giving out Guy's phone number on a web site, but if you call me at 352-365-6130 I'll get your information and pass it along to him.

I can't speak for him, but I think the tryouts are word of mouth. If you son is a good player I'd be there if I were you. Guy does a great job promoting the players.
