To those of you that subscribe to scout.com give me your opinion. Is it a "good buy"? Does the $79.95 anual membership allows you to access all (every single one) scout.com sites?

I read somewhere it was $99.95 to join the entire network, so that is a bargain.
I found that scout.com sites are more football orientated. On the Clemson scout.com site most baseball stories are free. So I dropped my subscription after a few months.

I have scout.com and have been able to get into every thing on their mlb sites...I haven't searched the other sport sites
We have subscribed for a couple of years because there are some minor league sites that we can access and enjoy the premium articles etc. I look at it not so much as $79.95 a year but $6.67 a month, or less than a quarter a day. We spend more than that on a lot of other things we seldom use, but this one we access quite frequently.
