My son is a red shirt soph d1 college pitcher. this spring he has started a few games and also come out of the pen for some games....his fastball has been recorded as high as 94 but has been mostley 90-92 very consistently....he was not on anyones radar as far as I know but this past friday he came into the game in relief. There were 3 or 4 scouts there to watch the opposing starting pitcher. He came in with 2 outs got a ground ball out to end the inning. Next inning he was getting alot of swing and misses and the scouts took out their guns for him. He struck out the last out that inning and then got the first out the next inning by strike out..then the scouts took out video cameras and recorded him striking out the side and then part of the next inning he pitched. Does that mean anything that they video recorded him and what do they do with that footage?
