PA supposedly has a three way with Hickory and Woodside on Saturday. We'll see with highs in the low 40's.

On saturday PA vs. Hickory at 11, Hickory vs. Woodside at 1, PA vs. Woodside at 3. All three are at PA.
Great Bridge at Kellam on Saturday, 1200.
Deep creek vs. Salem
The scrimmages at PA on saturday have been changed to one game, Hickory vs. PA at 12. Woodside could not make it.
Kellam will play at Great Bridge on Monday at 4:15
Stone Bridge is scrimmaging at Notre Dame Academy this afternoon (Mon), last minute setup trying to take advantage of the great weather Sun and Mon
What a great day for baseball. Kellam and GB went 10 innings; the final was Kellam 6, and GB 3. It was good first showing for both teams, with Kellam coming out on top due to some timely hits and a solid pitching performance from 6 different pitchers. Kellam's defense was tight, not committing a single error, and coming up with some fine defensive plays to get out of the inning.
There were quite a few scouts in attendance to watch Justin Upton. Not too sure if they got much out of it. He was 1-3 at the plate, and made 4 or 5 errors. Maybe he was a little nervous.
Let's all hope for some more nice weather so we can watch some great ball games.

I don't think it was nerves, I wasn't there but I'm sure there weren't anymore scouts than he has played in front of before. It's early, it's spring training. Justin is the real deal. He will be fine. How did Sean Ray do pitching for Kellam? Who did most of the catching for Kellam.
PA played at Hickory on Monday and won 8-3. Beamer Weems Homered in the first to give PA the early lead 2-0. Hickory's pitching looked pretty good but PA was hitting up and down the lineup. Beautiful day for baseball. Kind of upset to see snow the day after though.
Scrimmages around this part of the state start today as Heritage hosts Halifax Co.

PA is supposed to scimmage Denbigh tomorrow at 2 at Denbigh if the rains hold off.
If the weather holds, Forest Park is traveling down to face Courtland on Saturday, March 12 at 2:30(?).
