Southern Elite Baseball League - was last summer the 1st season for this league?

Seems the same as the (TSL) Tx Showcase League ??

Are there any differences, besides the teams?

In Houston, the teams that are members of Premier Baseball dominate the select ball scene. SEBL is new this year. It looks like it groups the next tier of teams/players. The SEBL Houston members are good organizations and provide a good spot for kids to develop and showcase.
