Perhaps there will be a "CASH FOR THUMPERS(BESR)" Federal Program. This is where the bat companies could offer discounts for turning in your old BESR for a discount on the purchase of a brand new BBCOR.

I am surprised that none of the Bat companies have come out with one yet.

They don't need to offer discounts... they have you right where they want you - you have to buy one anyway. And next year when they add the "tamperproof" stamp, you'll have to buy another. And the next year, when they figure a way around the restrictions with new technology, you'll have to buy another... and on and on.
