Sending videos

Got a question here. Ive made some contacts to schools and they seem like they are interested. I have a video i just made should i go ahead and send it to them and in there send a letter telling them how interested I'm in the program. im a junior college sophmore any advice?

Talk with them via phone and make sure they want the videos and KNOW that the videos are coming
