Mediocre Junior year won't matter a whole lot if you have a great summer...and you're in places/events where coaches will see you.
my son's junior year was so so...as he had tendonitis...then after he recovered got hit by line drive on the mound...missed his last 2 games..(it was just a bruised arm)...
had a great summer after that and fall...
he's headed to college...

Some things to remember
01--HS stats are not critical in the overall picture
02--being seen in showcases and on a high level travel team is more important
03--NOW is the time--this summer and coming fall-- for 05 grads
04--be pro-active--make sure the schools you are interested in know where you are playing and what showcases you are in

If you work REALLY hard it will get noticed. My son was in this exact position, only he didn't have a great summer following Jr. year either. But, he worked VERY hard over the Winter, and it paid off. He had a tremendous senior year and has signed a NLI w/ a small D1 school that is a great fit for him. It will work out for you, if you're willing to work at it.
As TR, and many others have said....the majority of signings happen in the Spring/Summer.
