After being picked to finished 5th in pre-season poll and after much discussion all-season long about having a non-competitive schedule, the Hornets go 4-0 in the South Reg'l tourney in Salisbury, MD this past weekend. Many VA kids on this team.

Coach Anderson just recv'd his 300th victory in his 10th season as a college head coach on Thursday with a 11-2 win over York, PA.

Shenandoah played great down the stretch and was definitely the hottest team in the NCAA Regional. Son plays at CNU and while CNU split with them during the season, they didn't have much of a chance against them in the NCAA Regional. I'm happy for the CNU, Shenandoah, and the USA South and with the great freshman and sophomore classes at these two schools, I'm looking forward to some classic battles over the next 3 years.

Good luck to the Hornets in Wisconsin.
