do we have any pphysiotherapists in thebuilding? I hurt myshoulder benching what should i do besides take a break on benching tillit heals is there any drills i can do to speed up the process and should I be icing it every night? or any ppl who have had this problem give me some help!

I was by a trainer that yes the bench press hurts the shoulder but that kids often help that cause because they do not work the back muscles enough. Food for thought if you insist on benching, work the back muscles extra hard. Muscles that don't "look good" aren't often worked as much. The muscles that hold the shoulder blade in place and deccellerate the arm are just as important if not more important than any chest muscles.
