So I get a phone call today and the person says; I have a message for **** and I respond by asking what it was in regards to. He says he would like to invite my son to a showcase. I politely respond that my sons summer schedule is full..........the guy hung up on me in mid sentence.

Let me respond by extending our apologies. I can assure you that by no means would ANY of our representatives intentionally hang up on or disrespect anyone. We've had the same people speaking with parents for 3 years and they polite, considerate and very respectful. If the 2 of you were disconnected for any reason, I would bet my life on it that he did not hang up on you. Nonetheless, we wish your son the best of luck with the rest of his season and this summer.
