Can anyone suggest good showcase/camps from now till start of the quiet period (late Aug to early Sep). I am aware of all Perfect Game/Head First Honor role events, and wish to see if there are any other than those two. Thanks!

What is your goal? Any particular level of play?
Thanks for the links.
Academic D1. RHP 86-89. ACT 28 and SAT 1380/1600. Has had a bunch of interest for high/mid D1, but given the uncertain nature of this recruiting business, need to keep looking. We will do Headfirst in mid-Aug. But looking to find some showcases between now and then.
Thanks.
PHANATIC,
Those are some good numbers. Make sure the top colleges you might be interested in get to see you.
Thanks. And that is where the "uncertain nature" looms large. Hopefully Headfirst Showcase will be the real deal as it has been projected to be! PG Academic is in October, but will that be too late for 2017? Not sure on the roster commitments by that time. Thanks
These are held in the Carolinas and VA area.

Here's another.
Thanks. We might be able to do the Dynamic one. Date conflicts on others. But thanks again.
PHANATIC,
Your sons numbers could be of interest to many DI programs, including the high academic DIs. You could pretty much talk to any DIII college with those numbers and they would immediately be interested. I don't think you will have a problem finding a good college fit. Just depends on what you are looking for.
It might be late for some DIs, but many are still looking for players, especially pitchers. It's definitely not too late for DIII, most all of them will be recruiting 2017 in 2017. Just have to be aware of admittance rules and deadlines of each college.
Thanks PG Staff. Hope to have some concrete offers soon. Thanks.
You already heard from PG so you don't need me to chime in - but as the parent of a RHP (2016) with numbers not near those velo wise and grades slightly below who attended HF on LI last Aug I would say you will get a lot of interest at that event - assuming he kills it day one in his first game pitching.
Make sure he's in contact with the schools he is interested in pre HF and then have him find those coaches onsite once you are there to have him ask them to come watch him pitch (they give u a booklet with their pictures). Good luck and let me know via post or PM if you have any questions about HF. The event was key to my son finding an academic D3 fit and the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me post event.
Thanks MKBASEBALLDAD. Appreciate the feedback. Yes, we will prepare pre-HF and then hopefully things will work out.
