Well, my son got a call from a major D-1 on July 1. He was out of town at another school's camp, so no direct contact yet. Question - how significant is this? Seems to me that for a school to call on July 1 means they must have at least some interest, right? Or are they just casting a wide net and covering their bases? Want my kid to be excited [he was] but don't want too unrealistic expectations here, if you know what I mean.
