0 outs, 2-2 on the batter, no base runners. Next pitch comes in right down the middle ... batter swings and misses. Ball goes directly to the catchers mitt. He controls the ball. What's the call?

I'm a little curious about this question. That is a basic swinging strike 3. Why are you asking? Is there something missing from the question?
