Bases are loaded. Corners are on the grass. Short and Second are one step behind running lane.

Ball is hit to the short stop and while he is fielding the ball the runner hits him. Now I know the runner is out but what happens to the runner on third going to score.

BR is awarded first, R2 is called out and any other runners return to TOP bases unless forced.

Michael is spot on. The reason why R3 goes back to third is because the ball is immediately dead when the interference happens.
