Those are very expensive snowballs. According to Shenandoah University (Collegeboard.com) Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va, a DIII school....a student not receiving academic financial aid of any kind can expect to pay about $37,000 per year to attend school. With total undergraduates at around 1900 that means the school has the potential income of 69 million. The average student indebtedness at graduation...$56,000. Not a real indicator of cost because many parents are bridging the gap between financial aid and student loans. Many students are working during the summer for a few thousand dollars which are spent on books and room and board during the coming semesters. For the love of the game.....indeed! You'd think the administration could at least buy them a snowblower.
SU Baseball ... Back to Back South Reg'l Titles and World Series appearances.

When these young men leave this program, they will be prepared to be productive citizens in today's society. There is a lot more than just baseball going on with SU's baseball program. Again, the young men and their families make a choice, YES I want to go and be part of SU's Baseball program.

Last I heard overall TEAM GPA was in the ballpark of 3.2-3.3 range.

Baseball is the #1 sport at SU without a doubt. These guys dedication is unmatched by any other program at SU as it will not surprise me to see them playing baseball on Feb. 12th.

BTW, they do have access to snow blowers as any picture cannot tell the entire story. Wink

Pictures really do say a thousand words and I believe these pictures show that it is no accident why this program is successful.

That is dedication and notice that kid is shoveling snow with a smile on his face. Good stuff
