Hard to believe that opening day for the college guys is less than a week away now. The "warm" weather that we are getting is really starting to get me in the mood. Is anyone out there starting to get fired up and heading down south next week for the opening weekend series?

For everyone out there who has a kid playing college ball good luck to their student/athlete, may they stay healthy and have a great year!!

There it is - Winter is now over!

Looks like your son had a nice game on the bump over the weekend. Congrats!

He was happy so that makes me happy!!! Now if I can talk him into playing in AZ this summer, I can actually see it in person! Winter is over........
I don't think the calendar can be any slower.......

University of Rochester opens up 3/6 in Florida, where they will play DH's 3/6 & 3/7 before going to Sanford, FL for the UAA tournament. If we're lucky, we'll get all 10 games in.

I will travel to Rochester 4 different times; will pick up a total of 27 games this year, weather permitting.

My son is a sophomore this year; following up a decent first year. In fact, the d3 baseball board listed him as one of 9 players (only sophomore, others were juniors & seniors) as a player they might have overlooked as a preseason All-American. So, we'll see what takes place. Just speed up the clock to get us there, por favor!
