Here is a 3 part , short 9 minute instructional series from Connor Powers, a minor league player in the Padres organization. He was drafted in the 22nd round in '09 I believe from Miss. State, had great numbers in college but in his first pro season he only hit .190! After using new drills using leg power and teework, he raised his average 150 points to .340. I found this in August, after my summer season. I hit a horrible .225 over the summer with my travel team, so I knew I had to get better. I did these drills, everyday for 3 weeks, and in my 24 games in the fall I hit .431, that's a 206 point improvement. I highly recommend anyone who needs hitting help to look at this. As a high school junior, this could help me in the long run. The website is www.majorleaguehitting.com, and he has a Youtube channel as well
