Many of you here will remember The Principal, who was very involved in his nephew's life. He was a highly valued poster, a very good guy and a Hokie, as well. He disappeared from these boards in the summer of '02. I was not sure why, but I know I missed hearing from him, including the off-line e-mail exchanges we had.
The thread on his nephew, Derek Cantrell (now at Liberty University) solves the mystery. The Principal (Jimmy Cantrell) fell ill and passed away in June 2002 at the young age of 43. My heart and best wishes go out to his family even at this late date. He was truly a good man, and I thought others would like to know.
