I've been all over their website, we even took a visit on campus. (campus is beautiful) I know they play in NCAA div. 1 in kind of a funky conference and that their roster is chock full of juco transfers. And the price is almost right. Wink

Guess I'm just interested in seeing if any of you have any firsthand (or secondhand) experience or knowledge about this school. Ok, any info is much appreciated.

Just finding someone from Utah is a long shot unless the Webster "Carrot Top" comes forward.… I have brothers and sisters all over Utah and one sister lives at St. George, just down the road from Cedar City. She has been there for years and loves the area. Just looking on the internet, I noticed SUU had just named a new head coach in David Eldridge. Seems the former head coach took an assistant coaches job at Wright State which puzzled me. Coach Eldridge comes from his alma mater, BYU, after four years as an assistant coach and their recruiting coordinator. From just reading about SUU it sounds like a nice school and they may be getting a coach that can breath some life into the baseball program.
