Our first event will be the Southland Baseball Home Run Derby at Mission Viejo High School on February 29th, 2004. Top 2 Individual Winners will win a brand new Akadema Aluminum bat in either a 33" or 34" length. Team Competition Winner will receive a check for $1,000 for their baseball program. Runner-up will get $500 for their baseball program.
We will have a list of participants posted starting February 9th.
Please Read:
All High School athletes can participate in this event, CIF rules for Winter Baseball are being used. No High School Coach or staff in the Southern Section can instruct or communicate with any of their players during this event. Checks will be sent or delivered to the winning teams school.
