Speed and agility is good - very good, vertical jump pretty good, but 32+ is v good. 36+ excellent. powerball is medium. But it all depends on your age as well - for a freshman they would be excellent...senior pretty good. From what I remember when looking on the site, and playing around with the different #'s, speed and agility are the 2 most important criteria. Just like anyone who can hit with power has a leg up. But in this case it's just a diagnostic tool to screen "athletes"; it really doesn't account for the many intangibles that are required to be successful at baseball. And its a great way for Nike to promote exclusivity and make a lot of $$$$$. They will most likley post results and let you compare a little later. It's big in California, I think; just getting foothold around the country.
