Staff and Dates Announced for Third Annual “Yellow Jacket Holiday Hitting Camp”
ASHLAND, VA – Randolph-Macon College Head Baseball Coach Ray Hedrick announced Friday the upcoming dates and staff for his third edition of the “Yellow Jackets Holiday Hitting Camp.”
Held for a third year at the R.B.I (Richmond Baseball Instructors) complex in Richmond, the hitting camp will run Thursday, December 27- Saturday, December 29.
The morning session (9am-12pm) will be for ages 10-13, while the afternoon session (2pm-5pm) will be for High School players ages 14 and up. Camp costs will be $150.00 per player with a $100.00/player rate for teams with 6 or more players in attendance.
Highlighting the camp this winter will be the attendance of coaches from SEC and ACC perennial powers Florida (Craig Bell) and Clemson (Toby Bicknell). Head Coach Paul O’Neil from Division II UNC Pembroke will also join the staff for the third consecutive year along with the R-MC coaching staff and several Richmond area R-MC players.
